The method of reducing weighing error when measuring small devices in weighing system
Weighing measurement systems have errors in measuring any device based on physical characteristics. Especially when measuring individual small devices, there will be unequal errors when measuring different products. How to minimize them?
First of all, according to the actual measured object, the weight sensor is correctly selected.
If you are measuring a small device product, you should choose according to the model, range and rated load of different weighing instruments. In general, a miniature load cell should be selected. It is specifically designed for small size measurements. The range specification is 1-20kg. The closer the measurement range is to the weight of the measured object, the more accurate the meter displays the numerical range. When reading the value, the reading value is closer to the actual value. The error will also be reduced.
Then choose a reasonable positioning method
According to the actual site environment, choose a reasonable installation and positioning, and the positioning support should be accurate. The positioning accuracy of the measuring object should be accurate. According to the external force received by the device under test during the installation process, the positioning, the support point, the home point and the action direction are reasonably selected, and the reasonable placement of the device is ensured. The position of the object to be measured is stable and reliable.
Third, multiple measurements average
When the load cell measures a small device, each measurement value may be different due to the high measurement accuracy, which is determined by the human visual reading and the meter itself. After repeated measurements (more than three times better), the addition is divided by the number of measurements to obtain an average. The error can be reduced. On the other hand, the sum of the errors can be added no more than the measurement error of the specified device under test.
There are still many reasons for the increase in error. The key is to carry out reasonable operation according to the actual situation and use the instrument correctly. Generally speaking, within the specified quality range, there will be no increase in error.
