Installation requirements
1: The screws that install the tension detector and the housing should not be too long. If it is too long, the tension of the tension detector will not work properly and no tension will be detected.
2: When using the side fixing, it should be noted that the fixing screws should not be too long, otherwise the measuring mechanism in the tension detector will be damaged.
3: The tension detector should not be subjected to strong impact or vibration at any time, otherwise it will cause damage to the tension detector.
System Requirements
1: In order to keep the tension of the paper tape constant, the paper roll brake must be able to automatically adjust according to the fluctuation of the paper tape tension to ensure that the paper tape enters the printing device at a uniform speed and smoothly.
2: During the stable operation of the machine, the tension of the paper tape should be stable at a given value.
3: Prevent paper tape overload and loose unwind during start-up and braking.
4: In the production process, as the size of the paper roll is continuously reduced, in order to keep the tension of the paper tape constant, the braking torque needs to be adjusted accordingly.
